A workshop within the international and
interdisciplinary conference “The Rise of Asia in Global History and
Perspective”, France, February 9-11, 2022
The section is supposed to discuss the goals
and consequences of the introduction of digital technologies. Particular
attention will be paid to Industry 4.0. regarded by many as a world-changing
industrial revolution. Let us find out how the massive introduction of
information technologies into industry, large-scale automation of business
processes and the spread of artificial intelligence contribute to an increase
in the efficiency of social production today. An alternative vector of
digitalization, based on the principles of economic cybernetics, and assuming the
automation of economic management (introduction of an economic robot) will be
considered. The main characteristics of an economic robot that coordinates the
activities of all industries and sectors of the economy, all technical robots
to ensure economic development towards a prosperous future and cultural
development of the individual will be discussed.
The workshop is open to individual and group
paper presentations. Those willing to present their papers are invited to
submit their proposals until December 31, 2021. In order to be registered
